As the seasons change in the region of Mingenew in Western Australia, there are a variety of fun and exciting events to attend. From agricultural shows to music festivals, there is something for everyone. Here are just a few of the seasonal events to look forward to:

Spring:
As the weather warms up, the Mingenew Races are a must-see event in October. The races draw in large crowds from across the region and offer a fun day out with friends and family. The Mingenew Show is also held in October and features agricultural shows, rides, and games for all ages.

Summer:
During the summer months, there are several music festivals to attend. The Pingelly Music Festival in December and the Nannup Music Festival in February showcase local and national talent and are perfect for those who love great music and a fun atmosphere. The Western Desert League is also on during the summer months, giving locals and visiting sports fans the opportunity to watch some great games.

Autumn:
Autumn is the season for the Wagin Woolorama, the biggest agricultural event in the region. This event is attended by over 20,000 people each year and features sheep dog trials, fashion parades, live music, petting zoos, and much more. The annual Anzac Day dawn service is also held in the autumn months to remember and honour the fallen soldiers who fought for their country.

Winter:
When the weather turns chilly, there are still plenty of events to enjoy. In June, the Mingenew Lions Midwest Open Golf Tournament draws in golf enthusiasts from across the region to compete in a fun and challenging tournament. The Mullewa Muster and Rodeo is held in July and features exciting rodeo events, live music, and a variety of food and drink stalls to keep attendees fueled up throughout the day.
